  • Responsible for providing telephone and remote diagnostic technical sale process,.
  • Sales and Delivery of Technical Services and Support for major Brands like Apple, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Acer,
  • Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
  • Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation. Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting service

 



Job Responsibility:

Job Description :-

  • Hiring for voice international process –
  • Customer service/semi-technical support.
  • Candidate will be responsible to resolve queries of international customers over the phone.


Job Specifications :-

  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Undergraduate/Graduate/Fresher’s can apply.
  • Attention to detail.

Key Activities :-

•    Provide technical support to international customers through REMOTE.
•    Providing technical support related to any of the product lines like computers, laptops, Operating System (Windows, iOS, Android), browser, email, chat, anti-virus, firewall, router, printer, scanner, computer hardware etc.
•    0-6 months Exp. In Voice support in BPO/KPO/IT.
•    Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal as well as written.
•    Comfortable to work in 24x7 working environment.
