You might have questions in mind that you need answered.  Here are the most common questions that we have been asked.


1. Is it free to post a job?

Yes, posting a job is completely free of cost. All you need to do is sign up and register with us and post your job opening by entering details pertaining to the job such as job designation, job position, work experience required, CTC offered, job category, skills required, and other job position related information.


2. How long will it take until my job posting goes live?

Once you have entered details of your job opening, the job should go live in the next 24 hours from the time of posting. You will be notified as and when your job goes live. If the information provided by you about the job is insufficient, we will contact you to gather this information, followed by which, your job will go live.


3. When will I start receiving applications?

On your “Posted Jobs” page, you will be able to view all information pertaining to job posting views, applications, job status, résumés viewed, etc. Once your job successfully goes live and candidates view the job openings, you will start receiving applications for the job.


4. What’s next after I receive an application?

After you receive an application for a job opening, you can choose from a range of options to be executed – view a résumé, download a résumé, decline or reject an application, shortlist a candidate for the next step in the recruitment process, view the number of views that your job posting has received, etc., after which you may proceed with next steps based on your requirement.


5. How much will I have to pay for this service?

You will be required to make a payment if and when you make a hire for your company.  We do not run on a subscription-based model and you only need to pay for each hire that you make.  Each time you hire an employee through our job portal, you will be required to pay evehires.com 10% of the employee's annual income, after which you are still free to browse our website and search for employees and their resumes.  We aim at a strong customer service culture, which motivates us to offer as many services as possible to our customers, free of cost. Therefore, signing up with us is free of cost.
